ON "POWER SYSTEM PROTECTION & CONTROL"

Department of EEE conducted a two day short term training programme on 'Power System Protection & Control' on 11^th and 12^th of Feb 2010. Dean Mr.Balakrishnan (EEE), Vice Principal Mr.Kumar, Mr.Nagaraj HoD EEE & students welcome the cheif guest.

Dr.G.Subbalakshmi, Director of PBCE addressed on the need of such Career Developing Programme. The Cheif Guest Mr.S.Mohan, G.M, OHM Enery Management Systems Pvt Ltd., delivered a key-note address on the importance and Current Trends of Power System Protection.

Dr.R.Balakrishnan, Dean-Electrical, PBCE and Mr.M.R.Rajesh, Design Engineer, FAM Consultancy Chennai engaged each a session on Power System Protection & Control.

The session was intersting and informative to the students, during that session Students's doubts were clarified by the cheif guest
