COUNSELING AND MENTORS
Counseling:
Certified counselors are available round the clock at PB College to help students
unburden and resolve their issues. A group of 3 counselors are available to help
students resolve problems in academics and also discuss how to cope with emotional
and mental stress. Strict confidentiality is maintained. In the final years, department
heads and professors act as career counselors and help students find their dream
job. Professors work with students on a one-on-one basis throughout their course
in PB College and help them identify and sharpen individual skills, talents and
interests.

Mentoring:
Heads of departments and professors act as academic mentors to students. Slow learners receive special tutoring from the faculty after-hours so that they may catch up
with their peers. Similarly, motivated students are given special attention in the
form of classes so that they’re
encouraged to learn more and climb higher. Department
heads identify meritorious students for various scholarships offered by the college.
