Food & Transport :
Students come to PBCE from all over the country to live & study. Nutritious
food is essential for students. PB College houses 2 canteens for a variety in meals.
Carefully vetted chefs prepare healthy and hygienic food. Snacks and soft drinks
are available at our other canteen. Getting to the college is no trouble at all
for students living in Chennai. College buses pick up students from their doorstep
and take them back home safely and on time every day for a modest fee.

Chennai can avail
of hostels. 400 students are accommodated
in separate girls’ and boys’ hostels. 24-hour electricity and water supply is assured.
Hostel wardens are friendly with students and medical help is available 24/7 for
these on-campus students. Those living in hostels can also use designated classrooms
for studying after-hours as well as access to computer labs in the college.
The P B College of Engineering buses are available to the students and staff for
commuting not only from various parts of the city but also from the suburbs to the
College campus and back. All students can make use of the college transport. This
student friendly facility has made it possible to begin the classes in time and
thereby helping the academic
process continue seamlessly. This has also enabled
the College to drive home the importance of punctuality and discipline among students.
